At Moutai America, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all applicable federal and state alcohol regulations. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Where Can I Ship My Order?
We currently ship to 46 U.S. states where direct shipment of spirits is legally permitted.
At this time, we cannot ship to:

Alaska (AK)

Hawaii (HI)

South Dakota (SD)
-
Utah (UT)
We also cannot ship to:

P.O. Boxes
-
APO/FPO or military addresses
-
International destinations
Additional shipping restrictions may apply based on applicable state and local laws.
Adult Signature Required
Federal and state law require that all alcohol shipments be signed for by an adult who is 21 years of age or older.
The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery.
Packages cannot be left unattended or delivered without an adult signature.
To help avoid delivery delays, we recommend shipping your order to a business address or another location where someone 21 years of age or older will be available during normal delivery hours.

Moutai America is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Standard Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $19.99 per package.
Orders shipping to multiple addresses must be placed as separate orders.
From time to time, Moutai America may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on qualifying orders.
Express Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for select destinations.

Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically occurs within 1–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from Moutai America.
By placing an order, you certify that both you and the recipient are at least 21 years of age.
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery before the carrier can release the shipment.
If No One Is Available to Sign
If an eligible adult is unavailable when delivery is attempted, the carrier will generally make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to the licensed fulfillment retailer.
Once returned, you may choose one of the following options:
Reship Your Order
Returned orders may be reshipped upon payment of the actual cost of the new shipping label and any applicable carrier charges.
Request a Refund
If you choose not to have your returned order reshipped, your order will be refunded less a 15% processing and restocking fee. Original shipping charges and carrier fees are non-refundable.
To avoid returned shipments, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping address where someone age 21 or older will always be available to receive the package.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our fulfillment team begins processing orders shortly after they are placed.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at:
Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled at our discretion and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and fulfillment preparation costs.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

After review, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Out-of-Stock Products
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, occasionally an item may become unavailable after your order has been placed.
If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to:

Issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Certain Moutai America products may be offered as pre-orders or limited releases.
If your order contains a pre-order item, your order may be held until all items are available to ship unless otherwise stated.
Estimated release dates are subject to change without notice.
If separate shipments are available, additional shipping charges may apply.
